To be able to use this internet service, you must first sign up for a user name and password. This will allow you to make, delete, or reschedule your appointments via the internet.
You must have a valid email address which will receive confirmation emails when you schedule, delete, or change an appointment. By making a tanning appointment, you are agreeing to company policies available at Attractions Salon, 19 N. Court Street, Athens OH 45701 Phone 740-594-4231.
This program will allow you to schedule up to one appointment a day, and up to 2 weeks in advance. If you schedule more appointments than you initially purchases, you will need to purchase additional tanning sessions. You will be held responsible for sessions scheduled by your user name and password, so DO NOT GIVE IT OUT TO ANYONE.
If you must cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 2 hrs before the appointment time, or you will lose a session for each missed appointment.
NO ONE UNDER 18 MAY TAN WITHOUT A SIGNED RELEASE FORM ON FILE SIGNED BY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.
